About me
Debbie Chamberlain is a passionate educator with over 20 years in education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a certified mindfulness instructor, trauma-informed yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra guide, an Amen University Certified Brain Health Trainer/Professional, with advanced training through Mindfulness First and the Arizona ACEs Consortium. Debbie is the author of the Myndfulness Matters children’s book series and teaches mindfulness in schools, while also serving as the Mindfulness Coordinator at a nonprofit organization, where she supports families and children navigating cancer with compassionate, mindfulness-based tools. She teaches Health and Life Coaching and Somatic Psychology at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, specializing in the neuroscience of regulation and trauma, and is dedicated to helping individuals and families cultivate resilience, emotional well-being, and heart-led clarity.
